RNJ provided innovative procurement advice leading to the establishment of a partnering framework with the main contractor, consultants and external specialists. This has allowed the phased early completion of the work to the donor’s quarters and the execution of the remaining works on a rolling programme approach. This strategy has also allowed the Trust to achieve its objective of maximising public engagement and training of the local workforce in heritage skills.
