Re: HDU/ITU Pathology Redevelopment, Queen Elizabeth Hospital
“The above project was a complex and very successful scheme for QE Gateshead. It was completed on time and to cost of the value circa £2.5m. I would not hesitate to recommend RNJ for similar QS and CDMC services in a health/lab related setting. Their input was exceptional for cost advice for the project which was delivered on time and to budget and for CDMC services on a very complex, multi-phased and critical project within a live working context.”

“I have used RNJ’s services as Quantity Surveyor and CDM co-ordinator on both new build and renovation projects. I appreciated the personal and prompt service and their attention to detail. RNJ were firm and clear with contractors to ensure that we, as client, got value for money. Having recently moved jobs, I was pleased to keep RNJ’s contact details to hand, and would both use them in the future and recommend them unreservedly.”

“RNJ were employed by the National Trust as Quantity Surveyor on our scheme to provide new car parking and pedestrian access facilities within the Gibside Estate. The services provided delivered promptly and efficiently.
I would employ RNJ for the Position of Quantity Surveying Services for future schemes should the opportunity arise.”

“RNJ provided a full range of Quantity Surveying Services in an extremely professional manner. Cost Plans and Cost Reports were thorough, whilst remaining concise and easily understood. Tender Documentation provided by RNJ formed the basis of a robust cost management framework.
RNJ maintained their high level of Quantity Surveying Services through to the conclusion of the Completion Contract, including dealing with receivers and managing the successful release of a Contract Guarantee Bond.”

Rievaulx Abbey – Visitor Centre and Interpretation Project
“RNJ are again employed to provide full QS and CDMC services for this project. To date the scheme has achieved GW1 approval. RNJ have again provided an extremely professional and flexible service to date working closely with the design team (and a range of wider interested parties) on this challenging project and have significantly contributed towards the development of an acceptable scheme design through the production of numerous financial option appraisals. Again RNJ have kept within their originally tendered fee and have proved to react extremely quickly to numerous client requests for information at late notice.
I would have no hesitation in recommending RNJ Partnership to any client working on projects within a Historical environment.”
